Esmerine sú predovšetkým Bruce Cawdron (Godspeed You! Black Emperor) a Beckie Foon (Thee Silver Mount Zion) ktorí sa v tomto projekte oddávajú tým najpôvabnejším a najmelodickejším impulzom. Inštrumentálne skladby sú postavené na maribme a slákoch. Album La Lechuza je pretkaný hmatateľným smútkom - je poctou priateľke kapely Lhase de Sela, ktorá zomrela vo veku 37 rokov. Dojímavú skladbu 'Snow Day For Lhasa' zdobí vokál Patricka Watsona. Z albumu však cítime, že nie je žalospevom nad smrťou, ale skôr oslavou života. Je to neuveriteľne hodnotná, ľudská, precízne skomponovaná a zahraná hudba. Vrele odporúčame.
